Easy-to-handle metering machines
METER MIX® is a UK based supplier of metering, mixing and dispensing machines for processing single and two-component materials.
The machines successfully process epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, polysulphide, methacrylate based resins as well as greases and oils.
METER MIX® dispensing equipment offers solid solutions for a wide range of applications, e.g. bonding, sealing, potting, encapsulation, casting or beading.
The machines work with different techniques:
Piston pump metering systems allow exact shot dispensing. They are characterized by precisely controlling the volumetric mix ratios and incorporate single-acting adjustable shot volume metering.
Gear pump metering systems are the best solution for continuous dosing. They provide precise programmable ratio metering and constant flow dispensing.
Machines from METER MIX® can accommodate a wide variety of material viscosities for a number of applications. All machines are available as tabletop or floor standing versions.
